摘    要:介绍医院实施医疗纠纷听证会制度的方法、意义和成效。认为实施医疗纠纷听证会的意义在于:充分注重医疗信息公开的全面性,还患者一个知情权;科主任的责任意识得到了强化;不同的利益群体在法制的框架下行使自己的权利与义务,维护社会和谐稳定。

Abstract:The approach, meaning and effectiveness of medical dispute hearing system in hospital were introduced. The meanings of medieval dispute hearing system were summarized as follows. Firstly, medical information was disclosed comprehensively and patient' s informed consenl right was respected. Secondly, director' s responsibilities were strengthened. Thirdly, stakeholders' rights and duties were regulated under the law framework to insure social harmony and stability.
