| 摘 要： | 目的：观察给大鼠连续服用查干苏如老后对肝功能及肾功能的影响。方法：将大鼠分为4组连续喂养不同剂量的查干苏如老，分别在给药后第6周及第12周取血，测定其对肝脏及肾脏各项指标的影响。结果：该药长期服用对肝脏及肾脏各项指标无明显影响。结论：长期服用查干苏如老无明显的肾毒性及肝脏毒性。 |

| Abstract: | Purpose hepatica and renal function was observed that drug wasgiven to rats continuously.Method the rats were divided into four groups and given dose various drug,after sixth and twentieth week the blood was collected. Result hepatica and renal function were not effected. Conclusion the rats that were given to drug continuously . hepatica and renal function have not toxi. |
