| 摘 要： | 目的探讨^125I粒子置入治疗肺癌脑转移瘤的临床意义和可行性。方法对63例肺癌脑转移瘤患者分为两组,其中^125I粒子置入组45例,传统手术组18例。观察两组患者术后肿瘤局部控制情况及生存时间。结果立体定向置入^125I粒子组和传统手术组比较,前者并发症少,新发颅内转移灶时间延长,生存时间增加,生存率明显提高,后者易出现肿瘤复发。结论立体定向置入^125I粒子治疗肺癌脑转移瘤可延长患者生存时间,提高患者生存质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate ^125 I particles into the clinical significance and the feasibility of the treatment of lung cancer with brain metastases.Methods 3cases of lung cancer patients with brain metastases are divided into two groups,of which ^125 I particles into group 45 cases,traditional surgery group 18 cases.Observe two groups of patients with postoperative tumor local control and survival time.Results The stereotactic in ^125 I particle group compared to traditional surgery group,the former fewer complications,new intracranial metastases prolonged,increase survival time,obviously improve the survival rate,which is easy to appear tumor recurrence.Conclusion The stereotactic treatment of lung cancer with brain metastases in ^125 I particles can prolong survival time and improve the quality of survival. |
