| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨高血压脑出血的手术方式、手术时机对该疾病疗效产生的影响。方法：对23例高血压脑出血病人采取超早期小骨窗开颅最微镜下清除血肿，观察疗效。结果：远期ADL1～3级73．9％，死亡率8．7％。结论：小骨窗开颅显微镜下清除高血压脑出血创伤小，某些相对手术禁忌病人可以耐受手术。超早期手术是提高治愈率、降低致残率和死亡率的关键措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To study on the mode, time and effects of operation for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods The hematomas were evacuated under microscope through a small skull window in 23 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage who were observed for curative effects. Results Late ADL1~3 was 73.9 % and the death rate 8.7 %. Conclusion Such a small skull window for evacuating hematoma will be helpful for promoting the operative tolerance of the patients with relative contraindications. The super-early operation is the key to improve curative ratio, reduce disabling rate and fatality rate. |
