摘    要:目的 比较三种去细胞神经支架修复大鼠坐骨神经缺损效果差异.方法 取大鼠坐骨神经39条,分别用甘油(A组)、叠氮钠(B组)、三硝基甲苯(C组)萃取,每组13条.观察萃取神经结构.用A、B、C三组神经支架修复1.5 cm长的SD大鼠坐骨神经缺损,另设自体神经移植组(D组)和空白对照组(E组),每组10只,术后12周比较五者的修复效果.结果 萃取后A组90%细胞、B、C100%细胞消失,纤维性支架结构A组95%完整;而B、C组仅30%.修复后小腿三头肌湿重、神经电生理A、B、C三组修复大鼠坐骨神经缺损效果相当(P>0.05),与D、E组比较(P<0.05)、差异有统计学意义.结论 甘油、叠氮钠、三硝基甲苯等萃取神经可较好地修复坐骨神经缺损,但甘油处理神经最为简单.

An experimental study of repairing the peripheral nerve defects with three kinds of chemical extracted nerve
Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of repairing the rat sciatic nerve defects with three kinds of chemical extracted nerve.Methods 39 sciatic nerves obtained by operation were divided in three groups by randomly.Group A(n=13)were extracted by glycerine,Group B(n=13)by sodium azide,et al,Group C(n=13)by Triton X100.The bacteriology and morphology of chemical extracted nerves were detected.Group A(n=10),B(n=10),C(n=10)were bridged in the 1.5cm defect of SD rats.Group D were bridged by auto sciatic nerve(n=10).Nothing were planted in group E(n=10).Humid weight of triceps muscle of calf and histology of regeneration nerve were compared at different group at 12 weeks after operation.Results 50 rats were evaluated in the study.No bacterium grew in Group A,B and C after culture.95%of Schwann cells disappeared and fibre framework were integrated in group A.100%of Schwann cells disappeared and 70% of fibre framework were breakage in group B and C.There had no statistics different in group A,B,and C at humid weight of triceps muscle of calf and nerve electrophysiologlc monitoring(P>0.05),but that between group A,B,C and group D,E had statistics different(P<0.05).Conclusion Chemical extracted nerve including that extracted by glycerine,sodium azide,or triton X 100Can be used in repairing the nerve gap,but glycerinate is the simplest.
