| 摘 要： | 目的了解图形视觉诱发电位(P-VEP)在甲状腺相关眼病视神经病变(DON)早期诊断中的应用价值.方法随机选取39例甲状腺相关眼病(TAO)和30例正常对照进行P-VEP检查.结果P-VEP的改变主要为P1振幅(PA)的降低(P＜0.05).结论P-VEP比较敏感地反映TAO视神经功能的变化,可作为DON早期诊断的敏感指标.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the value of pattern visual evoked potentials(P VEP) in the early diagnosis of dysthyroid optic neuropathy(DON).Methods:P VEPs were examined in each patient in a randomized study of 39 patients with TAO. The control group included 30 patients without TAO.Results:P VEPs were abnormal in 14 TAO patients(24 eyes) with a group amplitude of P 1(PA) significantly lower than that for the controls.Conclusion:Our study illustrates that P VEPs are a sensitive test for the early detection of optic neuropathy in TAO.
