| 摘 要： | 目的探讨剖宫产子宫肌层单层缝合的效果及安全性。方法以剖宫产子宫肌层单层缝合70例产妇（观察组）为观察对象，与传统双层缝合的52例（对照组）进行对照比较。结果单层缝合手术时间明显缩短，术中出血量明显减少（P〈0．05），两组术后排气时间、恶露干净时间及产褥病率比较，差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论剖宫产子宫肌层单层缝合不仅能缩短手术时间，还能减少术中出血量，效果满意，安全可靠。
