| Abstract: | Objective To determine the content of Sanqi(Panax notoginseng) total saponins from Wenshan region planted with different rotation years and analyze the influence of soil with different rotation years on Sanqi total saponins.Methods Ultrasonic extracted with methanol for 60 min,using vanilla aldehyde-high chlorine acid method to determine content with UV2450 ultraviolet spectrophotometer photometry and wavelength was set at 560 nm.Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.33～3.3 μg/μL,and the average recovery rate was 97.8% with RSD=1.3%.Conclusion Content of Sanqi total saponins planted in new land was higher,as the increase of rotation year,content shows a rising trend,indicating that it’s unsuitable for rotation plant in old land in 5 years. |
