摘    要:目的利用火焰原子吸收法测定柴胡中的微量元素含量,为比较柴胡生长期不同施肥方法提供参考。方法收集生长期采用不同施肥方法的柴胡,采用微波消解处理样品,以火焰原子吸收光谱法测定样品中的Fe、Mn、Ca、Mg、K、Zn的含量。结果测定出生长期不同施肥方法的柴胡样品中Fe、Mn、Ca、Mg、K、Zn的含量,加样回收率在95.18%~98.22%之间。结论3期均施N、P、K肥可显著提高柴胡中钾元素含量,但其他元素含量受施肥方法的影响不大。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To provide reference for cultivating Radix Bupleuri with different fertilizers by determining the content of microelement in it. METHODS The sample was prepared via microwave digestion. Using flame atomic absorption spectroscopy to determine the content of Fe, Mn, Ca, Mg, K, Zn in Radix Bupleuri which was cultivated with different fertilizers. RESULTS The content of microelement in Radix Bupleuri was determined. The recovery rate was between 95.18% and 98.22%. CONCLUSION The sample(s7) which was cultivated with N, P, K in all the three periods can improve the content of K, however, different fertilizers had little effect on the content of other microelement in Radix Bupleuri.
