| Abstract: | Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of tetrandrine and fangchinoline in Xixianfengshi tablets.Methods The method was performed on C18（4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm） column with acetonitrile-water-triethylamin（70 ： 30 ： 0.1） as mobile phase.Flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,and the wavelength was 280 nm.Results The linear ranges of tetrandrine and fangchinoline were 0.344 μg~1.72 μg（r=0.999 9）,0.153 μg~0.765 μg（r=0.999 9）,respectively.The average recovery were 99.20% and 99.26%,respectively,Conclusion This method is proved to be simple,accurate and can be used for quality control of Xixianfengshi tablets. |
