| 摘 要： | 目的探讨凶险型前置胎盘的危害以加强其防范措施。方法以遵义市妇女儿童医院收治的1例凶险型前置胎盘为观察纽，111例普通型前置胎盘为对照组，对2组病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果观察组手术时间、产后出血量、胎盘植入、子宫切除、产后出血及输血发生率均多于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论降低剖宫产率是减少凶险型前置胎盘发生的关键。
