| 摘 要： | 目的探讨剖宫产使用镇痛泵术后的舒适护理。方法将256例剖宫产使用镇痛泵术后产妇分为观察组128例和对照组128例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上采用舒适护理模式，观察两组效果。结果两组产妇术后母乳喂养成功率、产妇满意度比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论舒适护理在剖宫产使用镇痛泵术后有利于母乳喂养成功，促进母婴健康，提高产妇的满意度。
