肥厚性梗阻型心肌病双腔起搏治疗后三年随访观察

The Three-years Follow-up of Dual-chamber Pacing in Patients with Hypertrophic Obstructive Cardiomyopathy

Objective:To report the medium and long-term follow-up results in patients with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyo-pathy (HOCM) who were treated with dual-chamber pacing. Methods: Eleven patients who were clearly diagnosed of HOCM were treated with dual-chamber pacing, and had achieved good hemodynamic effects and improved clinical symp-toms. We followed up their clinical symptoms after mean time of 40 months, re-checked 9 of them with hemodynamic in-dex,compared the results of pre-and post-pacing and analyzed them. Results:One of the 11 patients died of sudden death. Hemodynamic indexes of 9 re-checked patients remained at the level just after pacing. The clinical symptoms and sport en-durance of 10 survival patients significantly decreased,but were still better than those before pacing treatment. Conclusion: Dual-chamber pacing in patients with HOCM can improve their hemodynamic obstruction permanently, slow down patholo-gy development, postpone deterioration of the symptoms. It can reduce the occurrence of sudden death and prolong the life expectancy too.
