| 摘 要： | 目的：研究巯甲丙脯酸与倍他乐克联合治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法：对180例充血性心力衰竭病例并行临床研究，观察其加用巯甲丙脯酸与倍他乐克后心功能及临床征象的变化。结果：用药后96％病例心功能改善I级以上（NYHA分级），临床症状明显好转。结论：巯甲丙脯酸与倍他乐克治疗心力衰竭疗效肯定、可靠、安全性好。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study on the clinical effect of combination of captopril and betaloc for treatment of congestive heart failure (CHF). Method: 180 patients with CHF were enrolled in this clinical study. Observation of the alternation of heart function and clinical effects was after using captopril and betaloc.Result:The heart function of 96% patients improved to over I class (by NYHA)and clinical signs changed better obviously.Conclusion:The combination of captopril and betaloc is absolutely reliable and safe with CHF. |
