克霉唑霜、鱼肝油软膏联合治疗尿布皮炎临床观察

目的：观察克霉唑霜与鱼肝油软膏联合治疗尿布炎的疗效，并与皮炎平霜相比较。方法：采用随机、开放性对照研究，观察组120例给予克霉唑霜与鱼肝油软膏的混合外用，对照组100例外用皮炎平霜，观察皮损消失时间。结果：两组病例的总有效率24h为89％，47％；48h为96％、74％；72h为98％，78％，两组比较有极显著差异（P＜0．01），结论：克霉唑霜与鱼肝油软膏联合治疗尿布皮炎具有见效快、疗效高等特点，值得临床推广。

Clinical comparative study of the efficacy of the treatment of diaper dermatitis with cremor clofrimazole and unguentum cod liver oil

Objective: To compare the efficacies of two regimens in the treatment of diaper dermatitis. Methods: In a way of randomized, open, and parallell control trial, 120 cases of group A were treated with the mixture of the cremor clotrimazolle and unguentum cod liver oil while 100 cases of group B were treated with cremor Piyanping. Results: The efficacy rates of group A and group B were 24 h, 89% and 47%; 48 h, 96% and 74% ; 72 h, 98% and 78% . A significant difference existed between the two groups ( P < 0. 01) . Conclusin: Cremor clotrimazole and unguentum cod liver oil are good drugs for treatment of diaper dermatitis.
