阿司匹林对老年胰岛素抵抗患者血清C反应蛋白水平的影响

目的　探讨老年胰岛素抵抗患者使用阿司匹林治疗对血清C反应蛋白水平及胰岛素抵抗指数的影响。方法　选择胰岛素抵抗患者 72例 ,分为治疗组和对照组 ,分别给予阿司匹林和对照治疗 2 4周 ,分别测定治疗前后CRP及HOMA IR水平。结果　①治疗组CRP水平治疗前后有明显下降 (P <0 0 1) ,组间比较差异亦有显著意义 (P <0 0 1)。②治疗组HOMA IR水平治疗前后有明显下降 (P <0 0 5 ) ,组间比较差异亦有显著意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　阿司匹林可改变老年胰岛素抵抗患者慢性炎症反应 ,从而降低CRP水平 ,改善胰岛素抵抗

Effects of aspirin on the level of C-reactive protein in elderly patients with insulin resistance

Objective To investigate the effects of aspirin on the level of C-reactive protein in aged patients with insulin resistance.Methods A total of 72 patients were divided into therapy group(treated by aspirin) and control group(given by placebo) for 24 weeks,and then,the level of CRP and HOMA-IR before and after treatment were determinated.Results (1)CRP was statistically different before and after treatment(P<0.01) and between two groups(P<0.01).(2)HOMA-IR was statistically different before and after treatment(P<0.05) and between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Aspirin can change chronic inflammation in elderly patients with insulin resistance,and lower CRP,and improve insulin sensitivity.
