促性腺激素使用天数对体外授精-胚胎移植及妊娠结局的影响

目的:比较促性腺激素(gonadotropin,Gn)使用天数对体外授精-胚胎移植/卵细胞浆内单精子显微注射-胚胎移植妊娠结果的影响。方法:回顾分析2009年1月～3月我中心试管婴儿助孕治疗143例,其中IVF周期88例,ICSI周期55例。按使用Gn的天数分为两组:A组使用Gn8～13天,B组使用Gn14～19天(最长19天)。结果:两组一般情况无统计学差异;两组HCG日≥19mm卵泡、≥18mm卵泡、次日血HCG值、内膜厚度类型、胚胎质量、生化妊娠和临床妊娠均无统计学差异;而≥20mm、≥16mm、≥14mm、≥11mm卵泡数以及获卵数A组显著高于B组。结论:Gn使用天数影响获卵数,而内膜厚度类型、胚胎质量、生化妊娠以及临床妊娠率无统计学差异。

Impact of duration of gonadotropin on pregnancy outcome of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer

Objectives:To evaluate the impact of different duration of gonadotropin on pregnancy outcome of in vitro fertilization and intracytoplasmic sperm injection and embryo transfer.Methods:From Jan.to Mar.2009,143 fresh cycles of assisted reproductive techniques were analyzed,including 88 cycles of IVF-ET and 55 of ICSI-ET.They were divided into two groups.In group A,the duration of gonadotropin was within 8～13 days,while in group B,it lasted for 14～19 days.Results:There were no significant differences between the basic information of the two groups.And there were no obvious differences among the number of follicles with diameter ≥19mm and 18mm,endometrial thickness and pattern,quality of embryo,the biochemical and clinical pregnancy rate.But the number of follicles with diameter ≥20mm,16mm,14mm,11mm and the number of retrieved oocytes of group A were significantly higher than those of group B respectively.Conclusion:The duration of gonadotropin can affect the number of retrieved oocytes.But it has no effect on the quality of embryo,endometrial thickness and pattern,and the rate of biochemical or clinical pregnancy.
