| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨了急性脑梗死（ACI）患者治疗前后血浆ET-1和血清ANF、BNP和TXB2水平的变化及临床意义。方法：应用放射免疫分析对33例ACI患者进行了治疗前后血浆ET-1和血清ANF、BNP和TXB2检测,并与35名正常人作比较。结果：ACI患者在治疗前血浆ET-1、血清ANF、BNP和TXB2水平均非常显著地高于正常人组（P〈0.01）,经治疗后3个月与正常人组比较仍有差异（P〈0.05）。结论：检测ACI患者治疗前后血浆ET-1和血清ANF、BNP和TXB2水平的变化对疗效观察、预后判断均具有重要的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical significance of changes of plasma ET-1 and serum ANF,BNP,TXB2 levels after treatment in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods Plasma ET-1 and serum ANF,BNP,TXB2 levels were determined with RIA in 33 patients with acute cerebral infarction both before and after treatment as well as in 35 controls.Results Before treatment,the plasma ET-1 and serum ANF,BNP,TXB2 levels were significantly higher in the patients than those in controls（P0.01）.3 months＇ after treatment,the levels dropped markedly but still remained significantly higher（P0.05）.Conclusion Plasma ET-1 and serum ANF,BNP,TXB2 levels were closely related to the diseases process of acute cerebral infarction and were of prognostic values. |
