摘    要:应用沙门氏菌微粒体酶试验,检测了Ge-132的致突变性。实验结果表明,Ge-132在50,500,5000和50000μg/皿浓度时,对T_(A97),T_(A98),T_(A100)和T_(A102)加或不加S-9混合液均呈阴性结果,提示Ge-132无致基因突变作用。

Abstract:Study on mutagenic activity of Ge-132 was accomplished by Salmonella/microsome muta-genicity assay. The results showed that Ge-132 (50, 500, 5000 and 50000//g/plate) was negatively response to TA97, TA98, TA100 and TA102 with and without S-9 mix. The results proved that Ge-132 had no mutagenicity within the test doses.
