摘    要:【目的】探讨数字化三维钛网在颅骨修补术中的临床应用价值。【方法】采用数字化成形技术制作个体化钛网进行颅骨修补,分析手术时间、术后塑形黼意度及术后并发症。【结果】12例病人手术时间缩短,术后恢复良好,无切口感染及皮下积液等,头颅外形对称,塑形满意。【结论】数字化三维钛网修复颅骨方便,快捷,塑形满意,具有广泛应用价值。

Clinical Analysis on 12 Cases Treated by Digital 3D Titanium Net Skull Impairment Patch Surgery

Abstract:Objective] To explore the value of digital 3D titanium network in the skull patch surgery in clinics. Methods]The individuation titanium net made by the digitization forming technique was used for skull patching. The surgical time, technique, the satisfaction for the shape and the complications were analyzed. Results] The surgical time of 12 patients reduced and they had good postoperative recovery. There were no infections of incisional wound and subcutaneous fluid, etc. The shape of the head was symmetrical and the forming was satisfied. Conclusion]The digital 3D titanium net for repairing the skull is convenient and quick, and has satisfactory shape. It is worthy of widespread application.
