| 摘 要： | 对慢性胃炎不同阶段的辨证论治规律进行了初步探讨 ,认为气滞热郁是浅表性胃炎的病机特点 ,脾胃气阴两虚是萎缩性胃炎的病机根本 ,痰阻络瘀蕴毒是胃癌前病变的病机关键。并指出合理调养应贯穿慢性胃炎治疗始终。

| Abstract: | To discuss the regulation of treatment based on syndrome differentiation(TBSD) in different stages on chrome gastritis.The authors believe that Qi stagnation and Heat depression are the characteristic of pathomechanism in superficial gastritis,deficiency of both gastrospleen Qi and Yin are the radical pathomechanism in atrophy gastritis,phlegm obstruction and blood stasis as well as toxin accumulation are the linchpin of pathomechanism in gastric precancerous logiong.Rational regulations should he used through the treatment of chronic gastritis. |
