摘    要:现代免疫学的迅速发展,推动了基础医学和临床医学的研究和发展,同时,也促使人们研究、试制和生产更理想的免疫生物制剂。牛脾转移因子是其中的一种。其理化和生物学指标均能达到或超过人脾转移因子,初步临床试用已获得满意的疗效。而且,牛脾转移因子的材源充足、价格便宜、生产工艺简单,更无污染HBV之危险。因此认为,本研究所提供的方法具有实用价值,预料经济效益十分显著。

Abstract:Bovine spleens were obtained from freshly killed healthy adult oxen from slaughterhouse in Changchun.High titre of TF was found in dialyzable leukocyte extract(DLE)and several quality standards were investigated and compared with human TF both in their physico-chemical and biological properties and clinical effects.OLE was separated into 5 - 7 distinct fractions through Sephadex G-25 and high-pressure liquid chromatography. Quantitative analysis of hydrolytic amino-acid against DLE showed that DLE contained 16 kinds of amino-acids. The total hydrolytic amino-acid content was 6.02 mg/ml. It is proved that quality standards of bovine spleen TF can compare favourably with human TF.
