先天性髋关节脱位闭合复位后表现的髋臼发育不良

目的 探讨先天性髋关节脱位伴髋臼发育不良的治疗效果。方法 本院１９７０～１９９０年间，闭合复位治疗小儿先生性关节脱位４６９例，成功４２１例，经过１～１５年平均９年的随访，发现３３例髋臼发育不良。结果 ３３例均作了及时补救手术治疗，获得满意效果。结论 先天性髋关节脱位患儿治疗后需长期定时随访，至少要随访至小儿骨骼发育成熟期，一旦发现髋臼发育不良，需及时处理。

Congenital dislocation of the hip with displasia of acetabulum

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of congenital dislocation of the hip (CDH) with displasia of acetabulum (DA). Methods During 1970 to 1990, 469 children with CDH were treated by close reduction in our hospital, as a result, 421 children's reduction were successful at that time. However, 33 children were proved to be DA after average nine-year follow-up (range 1-15 years). Results All the 33 children were treated by remedial operation in time, and the results were satisfactory. Conclusion The children with CDH should be followed up after successful reduction to skeleton maturity at least. Once DA were found, Steps should be taken in time to rectify it.
