| 摘 要： | 观察益气养阴活血法中药结合环戊硫酮片治疗原发干燥综合征的临床疗效。方法：将58例患者随机分为两组，其中30例应用益气养阴活血法中药结合环戊硫酮片治疗，对照组28例单独应用环戊硫酮片治疗，30d为1疗程。结果：治疗组有效率96．67％，对照组有效率78．57％，P〈0．05，差异显著，有统计学意义。结论：益气养阴活血法中药结合环戊硫酮片治疗原发干燥综合征疗效显著，且无毒副作用。
