| 摘 要： | 目的：从蓬子菜中提取分离水溶性多糖,并分析其理化性质,为板蓝根质量控制与进一步开发利用提供参考。方法：主要采用Sephadex G-100凝胶色谱柱分离纯化,测定各部位中性糖和酸性糖的含量。结果：从蓬子菜水溶性多糖中分离纯化得到2种不同的均一多糖组分TP-1、TP-2,总糖含量均达到90%以上。结论：2种均一多糖首次从蓬子菜中分离得到。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the physicochem ical properties of extracted hydrophilic polysaccharides in Galium verum L.and give some suggestions for the quality control and further development of Galium verum L.Methods：Polysacchar ides in Galium verum L. were fractionated by Sephadex G 100 was isolation and purification,ware established to calculate the contentsof neutral sugar and uronic acid.Results：Two different homogeneous hydrophilic constituents, TP-1and TP-2, were extracted and isolated from Galium verum L. All of them were 85%.Conclusion：It is the first time to get the TWO homogeneous polysacchar ides from Galium verum L. |
