摘    要:目的:从蓬子菜中提取分离水溶性多糖,并分析其理化性质,为板蓝根质量控制与进一步开发利用提供参考。方法:主要采用Sephadex G-100凝胶色谱柱分离纯化,测定各部位中性糖和酸性糖的含量。结果:从蓬子菜水溶性多糖中分离纯化得到2种不同的均一多糖组分TP-1、TP-2,总糖含量均达到90%以上。结论:2种均一多糖首次从蓬子菜中分离得到。

Isolation and Purification of Polysaccharides from Galium verum L. and Their Properties

Abstract:Objective:To study the physicochem ical properties of extracted hydrophilic polysaccharides in Galium verum L.and give some suggestions for the quality control and further development of Galium verum L.Methods:Polysacchar ides in Galium verum L. were fractionated by Sephadex G 100 was isolation and purification,ware established to calculate the contentsof neutral sugar and uronic acid.Results:Two different homogeneous hydrophilic constituents, TP-1and TP-2, were extracted and isolated from Galium verum L. All of them were 85%.Conclusion:It is the first time to get the TWO homogeneous polysacchar ides from Galium verum L.
