早期活动干预对腰椎间盘突出症术后康复的影响

目的 探讨早期活动干预对腰椎间盘突出症术后康复的影响.方法 单节段开窗髓核摘除术患者225例,按患者入院日期奇偶数分成观察组和对照组,观察组术后按计划予早期活动干预,对照组接受常规护理,比较两组术后疗效.结果 观察组疗效明显优于对照组,两组治愈显效率比较,x2=4.0534,P=0.0441.结论 早期活动干预可提高腰椎间盘突出症患者术后的康复效果.

Influence of early activity intervention on the postoperative rehabilitation for the patients with lumber disc herniation

Objective To analyze the influence of early activity intervention on the postoperative rehabilitation for the patient with lumber disc herniation. Methods 225 patients undergoing single - segmental fenestration for discectomy were divided int, observation group and control group according to the odd and even date numbers they entered the hospital. Give observation groul early activity intervention based on the plan and give control group routine nursing care. Then compare the curative effects of th, two groups. Results The curative effect of observation group is obviously higher than that of control group. The comparison of curative effect between the two groups, x^2 = 4.0534, P = 0.0441. Conclusion Early activity intervention can improve the post operative rehabilitation effect for the patients with lumber disc herniation.
