多层螺旋CT对小肠间质瘤的诊断价值

目的:探讨螺旋CT对小肠间质瘤的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析23例经手术病理证实的小肠间质瘤的多层螺旋CT平扫或增强扫描特征。结果:23例瘤体中高度恶性14例,低度恶性9例;位于十二指肠9例,空肠8例,回肠6例;低度恶性呈圆形或类圆形,边界清晰,高度恶性呈椭圆形或不规则形,边界模糊,瘤体内常见坏死区。双期增强低度恶性动脉期明显强化,静脉期持续强化;高度恶性多不均匀强化,双期强化程度稍低于低度恶性。结论:螺旋CT对小肠间质瘤病灶定位准确,对定性瘤体的恶性程度提供帮助,指导临床治疗提供有价值依据。

The Diagnostic Value of MSCT in Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor

Objective To explore the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT) in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumor(GISTs).Methods The MSCT features and pathology characteristics of 23 patients with GISTs confirmed by surgical pathology were analyzed retrospectively.All patients were underwent plain or contrast enhanced CT scan.Results The results demonstrated that 14 cases were highly malignant and 9 cases were low malignant in 23 cases of tumors,and the location of tumors were duodenum,jejunum,ileum in 9,8,6 cases,respectively.The low malignant tumors were showed as spherical and oval with with clear margin.The low malignant tumors were oval or irregular with obscure margin,necrotic and liquefied areas were observed within tumors.The former appeared homogeneous enhancement in arterial phase and continue enhancement in venous phase.The latter appeared inhomogeneous,the degree was lower than low malignancy.Conclusion The location and malignant degree of stromal tumors could be accurately judged with MSCT,which could provide a valuable basis for clinical treatment.
