| 摘 要： | 根管治疗的步骤包括根管预备（清理根管、根管成形）、根管消毒和根管充填。由于根管解剖系统的复杂性，单纯靠机械性预备根管无法彻底地清除牙本质小管及倒支根管中可能存在的细菌，因此根管消毒在根管治疗中起着不容忽视的作用。
