| 摘 要： | 目的评价超声检查对脾切除术后门脉系统血栓形成的诊断价值。方法回顾分析了12例患者,脾切除术后门静脉系统血栓形成患者的超声检查资料。结果12例脾切除术后门静脉系统血栓形成患者超声检查诊断符合率达100%。结论超声对脾切除术后门静脉系统血栓形成患者有很重要的诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of ultrasound in portal vein thrombosis after splenectomy.Methods The ultrasonographic data of 12 cases of portal vein thrombosis after splenectomy were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among the 12 cases of portal vein thrombosis after splenectomy,the detective rate by ultrasound was 100%.Conclusion Ultrasound plays an important role in diagnosing portal vein thrombosis after splenectomy. |
