中西医结合配合推按运经仪治疗肾及输尿管结石41例

目的：观察中西医结合配合推按运经仪治疗肾及输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法：将85例肾、输尿管结石患者（结石直径在0．5厘米以上者先予体外震波碎石治疗）随机分为两组，治疗组给予西药及中药排石汤配合推按运经仪治疗，对照组给予西药治疗。两组疗程均在20天内，比较两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组临床疗效（痊愈＋显效率为92．7％）明显优于对照组（痊愈＋显效率为31．9％），两者比较统计学差异有显著性意义（P〈0．01）。结论：中西医结合配合推按运经仪能明显提高肾、输尿管结石排出率。
