女性不孕症患者下生殖道细菌性阴道病感染状况初探

摘    要:目的了解女性不孕症患者下生殖道细菌性阴道病(BV)感染情况。方法采用横断面调查的方法,把2007年1月~2007年6月在我院妇产科生殖内分泌门诊就诊的93例不孕症患者作为研究对象,把同期的因男性不孕或月经失调的就诊者及健康体检者共54例作为对照,进行下生殖道BV感染的检测。结果实验组有18例BV感染,对照组有9例BV感染,两组间差异存在显著性;原发不孕组BV感染率最高,与继发不孕组和对照组比较差异均存显著性;而继发不孕组与对照组比较不存在统计学差异。结论下生殖道BV感染与女性不孕症间存在明显相关性,可能是引起女性不孕的重要感染因素。女性下生殖道BV感染对生殖健康的影响应引起重视。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the morbidity of bacterial vaginosis(BV)in female infertility.Methods Cross-sectional study was used to investigate 93 women with infertility,who visited the Outpatient Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Beijing Tiantan Hospital from January to June 2007.During the same period,54 patients,including male infertility,menstrual disorder and physical examination,were recruited as control group.Results BV test was positive in 18 out of 93 test group and 9 out of 54 control group,with statistic significance.The morbidity of BV in patients with primary infertility was higher than secondary infertility and the control group,with statistic significance.Significantly higher morbidity of BV was found in secondary infertility than the control group.Conclusions BV is closely related to female infertility.BV might be an important infection which causes female infertility.The effect of BV on the health of reproduction should be paid attention to.
