影响恶性肿瘤患者健康教育满意度单因素分析

目的分析影响恶性肿瘤患者健康教育满意度的因素,为临床实施健康教育提供依据。方法以性别等1 0个特征为维度,对1 0 6名患者进行满意度调查。结果女性患者在主动沟通方面要求强烈。患者随着年龄增大满意度随之下降;外地患者对针对性解决问题方面需求较高;文化程度高的患者对健康教育的内容需求高;离异、丧偶患者的满意度低;享受医保以及主要依靠自己存款作为经济支持的患者满意度高;首次住院患者以及住院时间在1 5-3 0 d的患者满意度低。结论了解影响恶性肿瘤患者健康教育满意度的因素有助于提高健康教育质量。

Correlation Research of Satisfaction Level of Health Education of Cancer Patients

Objective To seek the common influence factors of different cancer survivors＇ personality for providing clinical health education. Methods One hundred and six patients were surveyed with a questionnaire using ten eharacteristies including gender for the dimension on the satisfaction level. Results The female patients showed a strong request in the initiative eommunication. The satisfaction level was decreased with the increasing of age. Non-local patients had higher requirement in targeted solutions. Patients with higher education had higher demand in health education content. The lower level of satisfaction was observed in the divorced patients, widowed patients. Patients with medical insurance and those with enough bank deposit for the medical expenses had a higher satisfaeeion level. Patients of first-time hospitalization and patients with hospital stays about 15-30 day had low level of satisfaction. Conclusion Understanding of common influce factors of different cancer survivors＇ personality contributes to strengthening health education quality.
