| 摘 要： | 肺结核与军团菌性肺炎是两种不同的疾病，５０岁以上肺结核患者由于临床症状、Ｘ线影像、病变部位和痰菌检出等不典型，使之与军团菌性肺炎有相似之处，易造成临床诊断上的错误。在没有病原学和免疫学确诊手段条件时，单纯药物治疗做为诊断军团菌性肺炎的依据是不可靠的。因为５０岁以上不典型肺结核同军团菌性肺炎相比较，前者还是多发和常见的。

| Abstract: | Pulmonary tuberculosis and legionnella pneumonia are two different kinds of disease. The misdiagnosis for the over 50 year old patients with pulmonary tuberculosis is easy, because it is similar to legionnella pneumonia in the clinical symptom; planigrams; pathologic region and sputum bacterial examination. Without etiologic and immunologic diagnostic methods, only drug therapy is unreliable the diagnosis of legionnella pneumonia. The atypical pulmonary tuberculosis is more frequently in over 50 year old patients,when compare it with legionnella pneumonia. |
