保妇康栓治疗老年性阴道炎50例临床分析

目的 观察保妇康栓治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法将100例老年性阴道炎患者按用药不同随机分为两组,观察组每晚用保妇康栓1枚塞于阴道深部,连续7d为1疗程,对照组用雌激素 呋喃西林粉 石蜡油(简称雌呋油)于阴道局部用药,连续7d为1疗程,对每例患者治疗前后行血清激素及阴道脱落细胞成熟值的检测,并将两组进行对照。结果 两组病例治疗前阴道脱落细胞以底层为主,治疗后以中层细胞为主,并出现不同比例的表层和角化细胞;治疗前后血清激素水平无明显变化(P>0.05)。观察组和对照组在治疗疗效、阴道细胞表层化、阴道脱落细胞成熟值MV变化及血清激素水平变化方面无显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 保妇康栓能促进阴道上皮细胞增生,作用与雌激素相似,治疗老年性阴道炎方便、疗效可靠且无不良反应。

Methods One hundred patients suffered from atrophic vaginitis were randomly divided into two groups with 50 in each. One group was given abaofukang suppositorystuffed in deep place of vagina each day, and the other group was given estrogen, furacin and paraffin oil on parts of vagina, 7 days as a course of treatment. Serumal hormeone and maturation value (MV) were tested in each patient before and after the treatment, and compared effects between the two groups. Results Before the treatment cells of the bottom layer were the main part of cast-off cells of vagina, and after the treatment the middle layer, with surface layer and cornification cells apprearing in different percentages. There were no significant differences on the effect of the treatment, vagina epidermis cell , changes of MV and serumal hormone level (P>0.05) between the two groups. Conclusion BaoFuKang suppository promotes the growth of epithelial cells of vagina which can easily and effectively cure atrophic vaginitis without bad effect.
