感染性骨缺损的治疗现状

感染性骨缺损的治疗曲折漫长，需要控制骨感染和修复骨缺损，一直是骨科的棘手问题。随着医疗技术的发展，目前治疗感染性骨缺损的方法众多，临床常用手段包括清创后植骨、抗生素缓释技术、带血管蒂骨移植、Masquelet技术及Illizarov技术，使感染性骨缺损的治疗取得突飞猛进的效果，但目前没有具有循证医学证据的治疗方案，大部分方案都存在一定不足。因此，笔者查阅、回顾了感染性骨缺损的文献，就主要治疗现状予以总结。

Current status of clinical treatment of infective bone defect

The treatment of infectious bone defect is tortuous and long. It is necessary to control bone infection and repair bone defect, which has always been a difficult problem in orthopedics. With the development of medical technology, there are many treatment methods at present. The commonly used clinical methods include: Debridement bone grafting, antibiotic sustained release, vascularized bone transplantation, Masquelet technique and Illizarov technique, which make the treatment to achieve enormous progress. However, there is no evidence-based medical evidence treatment, and most of which have some shortcomings. Therefore, the author reviewed the literature on infectious bone defects and summarized the main treatment status.
