花生种皮对血小板减少型小鼠骨髓巨核细胞数的影响

摘    要:目的:观察花生种皮不同提取部位对血小板减少型小鼠骨髓巨核细胞数的影响。方法:分别将花生种皮的乙酸乙酯提取部位和75%乙醇提取部位设置成高、中、低3个剂量组,以重组人白介素-11(rh1L-11)为阳性组,另设空白组与模型组。小鼠灌胃给药2d后,环磷酰胺造模,腹腔注射连续2d。造模的同时持续给药,每日1次,第12天取腿骨骨髓测巨核细胞数。结果:与模型组比较,给药各组均能显著增加骨髓巨核细胞数目(P<0.05)。结论:花生种皮抗血小板减少作用有确切的实验室基础。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of different extraction sites of peanut seed coat on mice with thrombocytopenia in the bone marrow megakaryocyte number. Methods: set three dose groups (high, middle, low) of the extraction site for ethyl acetate and ethanol on peanut seed coat seperately, took recombinant human interleukin-11(rh1L-11) as the positive group. In addition, set up the blank group and the model group. After gavage administration to mice for two days, used cyclophosphamide to create models and gave them intraperitoneal injection for two days continuously. When modeling, conitued to administrate once a day. On the 12th day, extracted the bone marrow on the shank to check the number of megakaryocyte. Result: Compared with the model group, the number of megakaryocyte increased in every administrated group were increased notably(P<0.05). Conclusion: The effect of peanut seed coat on anti-platelet reduction is proved in the laboratory.
