2005年江西省血吸虫病疫情监测结果分析

目的分析江西省2005年全国血吸虫病疫情监测点监测结果,为制订防治对策提供参考。方法按《全国血吸虫病监测方案》的调查内容与调查方法开展监测点调查工作,统计与分析各项指标。结果全省12个监测点人群粪检阳性率为4．55%,活螺密度1．32只/0．11m~2,阳性螺密度0．003 3只/0．11m~2。结论江西省血吸虫病疫情依然严峻,插花地区草洲小区域的联防联控亟待加强,当地社会经济发展水平是影响居民感染的重要因素,渔民、民工、商业服务等高危人群的防治急需规范管理。

The analysis of national surveillance results of schistosomiasis in Jiangxi in 2005

Objective To analyze the results of the national surveillance sites on schistosomiasis in Jiangxi province in 2005,understand the endemic situation and provide scientific evidence of schistosomiasis control for policy-making.Methods The surveillance of endemic situation of schistosomaisis was carried out and the figure was investigated and analyzed,According the content and method of the national surveillance guide of schistosomiasis.Results In 12 surveillance sites,the positive rate,in average,of schistosomaisis by stool examination of residents was 4.55% and the density,in average,of living snails was 1.32/0.11m~2 and the den- sity,in average,of infected snails was 0.0033/0.11m~2.Conclusion The endemic situation of schistosomaisis of Jiangxi province is seriously still existed.It will be strengthened to control joindy schistosomiasis in the small marshland regions which existed crisscrossly in linked counties.The local social and economic development level is important factor to influence the infection of people.Some people who is in high-risk group,for ex- ample fisherman,labourer and the commercial service and so on,should be urgently and regularly manageed.
