摘    要:本文通过分析高校卫生工作范围、服务对象、医务人员服务理念和服务技术水平等特点,阐述了高校医院医患矛盾的特殊性和构成因素。提出了相应的防范措施,如加强医疗管理,加大员工培训力度,提高医务人员的医疗水平和服务质量,转变服务理念,注重医患沟通,妥善处理纠纷,防范矛盾激化等,全方位地构建和谐的医患关系。

Analysising and improving measures of doctor-patient relationship in college hospital

Abstract:The paper analyze the feature of college health work , as well as the characteristics ofpatients and the doctors. The paper expounded particularity, components and preventive measures of the dispute between doctors and patients. The paper put forward the corresponding preventive measures, such as to change the concept of service, strengthen medical management, increase staff training, improve the medical standard of healthcare and service quality, focus on doctor-patient communication, properly handle disputes and prevent conflicts, so as to build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.
