中药熏洗、芪归糖痛宁颗粒联合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变80例

目的]观察中药熏洗、芪归糖痛宁颗粒联合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床疗效。方法]临床已确诊糖尿病周围神经病变患者80例,在西药治疗基础上,采用中药熏洗联合芪归糖痛宁颗粒治疗。治疗8周后,观测TC、TG、LDL-C及HDL-C指标,观察患者症状、体征的改善情况及神经传导速度的变化。结果]经8周治疗后,80例均能改善神经传导速度、降低血糖、血脂,其指标均优于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论]中药熏洗、芪归糖痛宁颗粒联合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Herbal fumigation Astragalus and Angelica the sugar Fengtongning particle treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,combined with clinical observation

Objective]To observe Chinese herbal fumigation and washing,Astragalus and Angelica sugar Tong Ning Granule Combined with western medicine in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy clinical.Methods]80 cases of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.In western medicine therapy,with herb fumigation combined with Astragalus and angelica polysaccharide Ning Granule in the treatment of pain.After 8 weeks of treatment,observation of TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C index,observation of symptoms,signs and changes in nerve conduction velocity.Results]After 8 weeks of treatment,80 patients were able to improve the nerve conduction velocity,lower blood sugar,blood lipid,the indicators are better than before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion]Chinese herbal fumigation and washing,Astragalus and Angelica sugar Tong Ning Granule Combined with western medicine in Treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy clinical curative effect,worthy of clinical application.
