雷公藤多甙对实验性子宫内膜异位症大鼠的作用机制

摘    要:目的探讨雷公藤多甙(Tripterygium wifordii polyglycosidium,TWP)治疗子宫内膜异位症的作用及其机制。方法采用大鼠自体子宫内膜移植建立实验性子宫内膜异位症模型,观察TWP对模型大鼠异位内膜中的TNF-α、IL-6含量以及血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)表达的影响。结果与模型组比较TWP各剂量组均能明显抑制异位内膜的生长体积(P〈0.05,P〈0.01),显著降低异位内膜中TNF-α、IL-6含量(P〈0.05,P〈0.01),明显抑制异位内膜中VEGF表达(P〈0.05,P〈0.01)。结论 TWP能够有效抑制异位子宫内膜的种植,其机制可能与降低TNF-α、IL-6水平和抑制VEGF表达有关。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect and mechanism of Tripterygium wifordii polyglycosidium(TWP) on the treatment of endometriosis.Methods To set up endometriosis model by rat self-endometria transplantation,and detect the influence of Tripterygium wifordii polyglycosidium on TNF-α,IL-6 and VEGF of endometriosis tissue.Results The pathogenesis of the endometriosis were inhibited by TWP(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).The contents of TNF-α,IL-6 and the expressed of VEGF of endometriosis tissue were inhibited by TWP(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).Conclusion TWP can inhibit the growth of endometrial transplants,which is relates with the depression of TNF-α,IL-6 and VEGF of endometriotic tissue.
