| 摘 要： | 目的:以菌丝生物量为指标,探讨不同碳氮源及碳氮比对大球盖菇液体发酵的影响。方法:单因子试验和正交试验。结果:适合大球盖菇液体发酵的培养基为:蔗糖2.25%、牛肉膏0.80%、玉米粉2.25%、黄豆粉0.60%、磷酸二氢钾0.30%、硫酸镁0.10%。结论:大球盖菇液体发酵的最适碳源为玉米粉、蔗糖,最适氮源为黄豆粉、牛肉膏。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of different single C-sources,N-sources and C/N ratio on the submerged-culture of Stropharia rugoso-annulata.Methods: Single factor and orthogonal testing method were employed for this study.Results: The results suggested that the optimal compositions of medium should include sucrose(2.25%),beef extract(0.80%),corn meal(2.25%),soybean powder(0.60%),KH2PO4(0.3 %) and MgSO4(0.10%).Conclusion:The most appropriate carbon sources may involve corn meal and sucrose,and soybean powder and beef extract are favorable to nitrogen sources. |
