| 摘 要： | 目的比较肺内外源性急性呼吸窘迫综合征（ARDS）患者血清和支气管肺泡灌洗液（BALF）中肿瘤坏死因子（TNF）-α和白细胞介素（IL）-6的浓度，探讨两种不同类型ARDS的发病机制。方法选择内源性ARDS（ARDSp组）和外源性ARDS（ARDSexp组）患者各23例，测定其血清和BALF中TNF-α和IL-6的浓度。结果两组患者血清及BALF中炎性介质浓度均有增高，ARDSp组患者以BALF中炎性介质表达为主，ARDSexp组患者以血清炎性介质表达为主，两组间比较差异均有统计学意义。结论由于其发病机制和损伤部位不同，内外源性ARDS患者血清和BALF中TNF-α和IL-6浓度的变化有明显差别。
