结肠癌组织CuZnSOD免疫组化及体视学特征图像分析

摘    要:目的 :研究结肠癌组织超氧化物歧化酶 Cu Zn SOD免疫组织化学及体视学特征图像分析及临床意义。方法 :应用免疫组织化学法和体视学特征图像分析定位法对正常结肠组织 ,结肠癌组织中的高分化、中分化和低分化不同分级组织细胞中的 Cu Zn SOD染色强度进行比较研究。结果 :正常结肠组织细胞内 Cu Zn SOD染色强度高于结肠癌组织细胞 ,且高分化腺癌细胞内 Cu Zn SOD强度高于中分化腺癌细胞 ,中分化腺癌细胞中的 Cu Zn SOD强度又高于低分化腺癌细胞。后者多为阴性和弱阳性 ,极少数为阳性。结论 :本研究可作为结肠癌的辅助诊断方法 ,为结肠癌的预防、治疗和估计预后提供了依据

Abstract:Objective: It is to study the analysis and clinical significance of superoxide dismutase CuZnSOD in colonic carcinoma tissue on immunohistochenical and specific image of stereological. Methods: The cell's high, moderate and low differentiation levels of the normal colonic tissue and the colonic carcinoma tissue were used immunohistochemical and stereological specific image analytical method to examine. The staining intensity of the cells' CuZnSOD was observed and compared. Results: The staining intensity of CuZnSOD in normal colonic tissue cell was higher than that in colonic carcinoma tissue cell. The staining intensity of CuZnSOD in high differentiation cell of adenoid cancer was higher than that of moderate differentiation cell, and that of moderate differentiation cell was higher than that of low differentiation cell. It was negative or weak positive in low differentiation tissue and the most of cases was rarely positive. Conclusion: The study can be used to method of ancillary diagnostic and it can offer bases for the prevention, treatment and prognosis of colonic carcinoma.
