72例溃疡性结肠炎临床特征分析

目的 探讨溃疡性结肠炎（UC）的临床特征。方法 对确诊的72例UC患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 72例UC中，男女之比为0．84，平均发病年龄（42．7±15）岁，高峰发病年龄30～49岁。临床表现以脓血便（87．5％）、腹泻（79.1％）和腹痛（62.5％）为主，肠道外表现少见。病变以直肠和左侧结肠受累为主，累及直肠18例（25．0％）、直乙状结肠16例（22．2％）、左侧结肠10例（13．8％），直肠加左半结肠受累者共44例（61．1％），全结肠24例（33．3％），节段性或区域性肠段病变4例（5．6％），无结肠癌变患者。结论 本组UC发病年龄偏大，临床表现以轻中度多见，但重度患者亦较多，肠外表现较少，病变以左侧结肠炎型最多见，全结肠炎型亦较多见，无癌变和严重并发症患者。

Analysis of clinical characteristics of 72 patients with ulcerative colitis

Objective To retrospectively analysis the clinical characteristics of patients with ulcerative colitis（ UC）. Methods 72 UC were diagnosed by Rich Hospital and the clinical data of these patients were collected. Results Of these 72 patients, the ratio of male to female was 0.84, the mean age at the onset was （42. 7 ± 15 ） years, and the peak age was between 30-49 years. Bloody mucopurulent stool, diarrhea and abdominal pain were the most common symptoms which were present in 87. 5% ,79.5% and 62. 5% ,6. 9% of the patients had extra-intestinal manifestations, among UC patients,25.0% was proctitis,22. 2% was roctosigmoiditis, 13.8% was left-sided colitis,61. 1% was proctitis and left-sided colitis ,33.3% was pancolitis,5.6% was discontinuous colitis,and there was no colorectal cancer. Conclusion In our studies,the onset is relatively higher in the middle and old-age group, the mild and moderate patients are more commonly seen, but the severe patients are relatively commonly found, few extra-intestinal manifestations is seen, the lesion of UC are commonly located in the left colon,colorectal cancer patient and the severe complications are not found.
