| 摘 要： | 采用漫反射傅里叶变换红外光谱定量分析技术建立夏方氨酚烷胺片中对乙配氨基酚含量的测定方法。样品浓度在l0％以内，吸光度与对乙配氨基酚的浓度成良好的线性关系。平均回收率为l00．0％，RSD为1．14％。

| Abstract: | Diffuse reflectance FTIR method for determination of paracetamol in compound paracetamol and amantadine hydrochloride tablets was presented. The relationship between the absorbance and the concentration within 10% of the tested sample was linear. The average recovery was 100.0%, and RSD was 1.14%. |
