月见草油对高脂膳食大鼠肝抗脂质过氧化酶的活性及肝组织形态的影响

摘    要:目的:观察月见草油对高脂膳食大鼠肝抗脂质过氧化酶的活性及肝组织形态的影响。方法:SD健康雄性大鼠随机分成4组:正常对照组(NC):喂饲基础饲料+2.5ml/kg·d~(-1)生理盐水(NS)灌胃;高脂对照组(HFC):喂饲高脂饲料+2.5ml/kg·d~(-1)NS灌胃;月见草油实验组(LD1):喂饲高脂饲料+月见草油2.5ml/kg·d~(-1)灌胃;月见草油实验组(LD2);喂饲高脂饲料+月见草油50ml/kg·d~(-1)灌胃。实验期30d。结果:月见草油可明显提高大鼠肝脏中T-AOC、CAT、GSH-Px、SOD活性(P<0.05)。形态学提示,月见草油组大鼠肝脏形态改变明显减轻。结论:宁夏产月见草油在适当剂量下,可提高肝中清除自由基酶的活性和减轻对肝脏的过氧化损伤。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of eveningrose oil on activities of oxygen free radical scaverging-re-lated enzymes and on morphosis of liver of rats living on high lipid diet. Methods: twenty four healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: normal control (NC) ,on normal diet and with NS 2.5ml/kg given by gastrogavage daily; high fat diet control (HFC), on high fat diet and with NS given as normal control; high fat diet guoup (LD1), on high lipid diet and with 2. 5ml/kg/d eveningrose oil given by gastrogavage daily; high fat diet group (LD2), on high fat diet and with 5.0ml/kg/d eveningrose oil given by gastrogavage daily, experiment lasted 30 days . After fasting 12h, all rats were killed, the activities of enzymes CAT, T-AOC, SOD and GSH-Px in liver were determined by using respective kits and hepatic morphosis was observed microscopically. Results: Compared with HFC, eveningrose oil could significantly increase activities of CAT, T-AOC, SOD and GSH-Px in liver (P < 0.05). The alteration of hepatic morphosis was significantly decreased in LD1 and LD2 groups. Conclusion: The results suggested that Ningxia eventingrose oil can raise the activities of oxygen free radical scaverging-related enzyme, and alleviate the tissue damage of liver of rats on high lipid diet.
