红花注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效的Meta分析

目的评价红花注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效与安全性。方法检索红花注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的随机和半随机对照试验,根据纳入标准筛选文献、提取资料并作质量评价,采用RevMan5.0.0软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入6个研究,涉及473例患者;仅有1个研究描述了具体的随机方法,其余研究均未描述具体的随机方法、分配隐藏和盲法。Meta分析结果显示,在常规治疗的基础上加用红花注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的总有效率优于常规治疗[RR=1.18,95%CI为（1.09,1.27）],心电图有效率优于常规治疗[RR=1.31,95%CI为（1.10,1.56）],血浆黏度改善也优于常规治疗[RR=0.38,95%CI为（0.20,0.56）]。结论在常规治疗的基础上加用红花注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的效果优于常规治疗,但由于纳入的研究数量少、质量低,该疗效评价结果尚需高质量大样本的随机双盲对照试验的验证。

Meta Analysis on Efficacy and Safety of Safflower Injection in Treating Unstable Angina Pectoris

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Safflower Injection in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris（UAP）.Methods We screened and retrieved the studies of randomized controlled trials of Safflower Injection in the treatment of UAP.According to the predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria,to fetch the data,conduct the quality evaluation of the included studies and perform the meta-analysis with Rev Man 5.0.0 software.Results Six studies involving 473 participants were included.Only one study reported the concrete randomization method,the other included studies were inadequate at reporting randomization,allocation concealment and blinding.The meta-analysis based on the included studies showed that the total effective rate of Safflower Injection based on the conventional therapy was better than the conventional therapy alone in treating UAP[RR=1.18,95%CI was （1.09,1.27）],and the effective rate of ECG was superior to the conventional therapy[RR=1.31,95%CI was （1.10,1.56）].The improvement of plasma viscosity by Safflower Injection was better than that by the conventional therapy [RR=0.38,95%CI was （0.20,0.56）].Conclusion Safflower Injection is effective and safe for treating UAP.However,due to the limited quantity and low quality of the included studies,the results suggest that larger-scale and high quality of randomized double blind control trials are needed.
