人工关节置换术治疗老年性股骨颈骨折体会

目的总结人工关节置换术对老年性股骨颈骨折的治疗效果及临床意义。方法2000年2月-2006年5月，采用人工关节置换术治疗老年性股骨颈骨折24例，其中全髋关节置换术8例，人工股骨头置换术16例。结果24例患者随访2-3年，按Harris评分标准：优14例，良8例，可2例，优良率达91．7％。结论人工关节置换术治疗年龄65岁以上，Garden Ⅲ、Ⅳ型的股骨颈骨折是首选治疗方法。

Experience of prosthetic replacement of joint in the treatment of old patients with femoral neck fracture

Objective：To summarize the effects and clinic significance of prosthetic replacement of joint in old patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods：24 old patients with femoral neck fractures were treated with prosthetic replacement of joint From February 2000 to Mary 2006, among of them, 8 cases with total hip joint replacement, and 16 cases with femoral head replacement. Results： 24 cases were followed up for 2 years to 3 years. According the Harris Standard , the results of 14 cases were excellent, 8 cases were good, 2 were fair, the excellent and good rate was 91.7%. Conclusion： Prosthetic replacement of joint is the best therapeutic method for the patients （over 65 years old） with femoral neck fractures of Grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ.
