| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨柯萨奇病毒Ｂ组１至６型和青少年病毒性心肌炎的血清流行病学关系。方法：采用间接ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测３１例病毒性心肌炎患者和４７名义务献血员血清。结果：病毒性心肌炎患者血清中ＣＶＢ－ＩｇＭ抗体阳性率明显高于义务献血人员，ＣＶＢ１—６的ＩｇＭ抗体阳性率依次为：ＣＶＢ３、ＣＶＢ４、ＣＶＢ１、ＣＶＢ２、ＣＶＢ５、ＣＶＢ６。结论：从血清学诊断上提示了ＣＶＢ（尤其是ＣＶＢ３）是病毒性心肌炎的重要病原体。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the serumal epidemiological relationship between the infection of CVB1-6(Coxsackie-viruses,guoupB,type 1to 6)and virus myocarditis in juvenile,Methods:The indirect enxyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect IgM in the sera of 31 patients with virus myocarditis and 47 voluntary blood donors,Results:The positive rate of CVB-IgM in the group of myocarditis is much higher than that in the group ofblood donors.The IgM positive sequence of CVB1-6 is as the following :CVB3,CVB4,CVB1,CVB2,CVB5and CVB6 Conclusion:The results sugget that CVB(especiallyCVB3)is the important pathogen of virus myocarditis. |
