| 摘 要： | 目的提高子宫穿孔的防治水平。方法回顾性总结2002~2008年间,我院妇产科收治的15例子宫穿孔的临床资料。结果子宫穿孔是宫腔手术的常见并发症,其发生率及后果与术者的经验、操作技术是否规范,及子宫穿孔发生后能否及时发现和恰当处理有关。结论重视病史及详细的术前检查,以及规范操作技术是防范子宫穿孔的关键。如及时发现,并给予恰当处理,子宫穿孔预后较好。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the prevention and cure level of uterine perforation.Methods To summarize the clinic data of 15 cases uterine perforation in our hospital from 2002 to 2008 retrospectively.Results Uterine is a common complication of uterine cavity operation.The incidence rate and consequence are concerned with the experience of surgeon,standard operate skill and if it can be founded promptly and deal with appropriate. |
